Where things stand

DENARSOFT is an independent, early-stage software venture based in New Zealand. It operates as a brand name. It is not yet a registered company, and we do not describe it as one.

The denarsoft.com domain was set up in May 2025 for software development. Since then the work has gone into building products and finding out which problems are worth solving. Two of them are public today: HopSale and Restaurant Management. The products page lists every product with its real stage.

How we work

• Build around a clearly defined problem. Each product has one job it must do well before it gets anything else.
• Prioritise usability and operational simplicity. The software is for people in the middle of their working day, so fewer screens and clearer wording matter more than feature count.
• Develop iteratively and validate through real use. We release early, look at how the software is used, and change course when real use tells us to.
• Use modern engineering tools responsibly. That includes AI-assisted development. Code written with these tools is reviewed, covered by automated tests and owned by us, the same as any other code.

What we do not claim

We do not list customers, partners or user numbers, because we would rather show you running software than numbers we cannot back up. If something on this site turns out to be out of date, please tell us.
