Who is responsible
This website is run by DENARSOFT, an independent, early-stage software venture based in New Zealand. DENARSOFT is a brand name and not a registered company. You can reach us at hello@denarsoft.com.
What this website does not do
- It sets no cookies and uses no local storage for tracking.
- It has no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts.
- It has no forms and collects nothing you type.
- It loads no third-party fonts, scripts or images. Everything comes from denarsoft.com.
Server logs
Like any website, our web server automatically records each request: your IP address, the date and time, the page requested, the response code, and your browser’s user-agent and referrer. We use these logs to keep the site working and to spot abuse. They are rotated daily and kept for about two weeks.
If you email us
If you write to hello@denarsoft.com, we receive your email address and whatever you include in the message. We use it only to reply and to deal with what you wrote. Email is handled on our own mail server, and we do not sell or share it. We keep correspondence for as long as it is useful to the conversation.
Other websites
Our products are separate websites with their own data practices. HopSale and Restaurant Management let people create accounts, so check the privacy information on each one. Links from this site to other sites are not covered by this page.
Your rights
Under New Zealand’s Privacy Act 2020 you can ask us what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it. Email us and we will respond. If you are not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner.
Changes
If this site starts collecting anything new, such as analytics, we will update this page first.
